It is based on a true story in Pakistan but I won’t mention his name because it’s private and confidential and also he passed away recently. He was only 32 yrs old.So I will put his name as Zain. Zain was a very hardworking, educated and good looking man. He lives in Dubai. One day, he came to visit Pakistan and he saw a very beautiful village girl washing her families clothes outside her house. He fell in love instantly with her. Every day he would be following her where ever she goes. One day, she found out that there is a stranger following her. Her friends were with her and they were feeling scared that this guy might try to rape or rob them. They walked faster and Zain also walked faster then the girl decided that she should face this guy than running away from him then she finally stop and turned towards Zain. “Who are you and why are you following me” she asked. “I am just a stranger who is madly in love with you” he replied. The girl laughed . ” You don’t even know me .How can you fall for an unknown person” the girl said. Zain just smiled towards her and replied” Your name is (Let’s put her name Alya here) Alya and your 25 years old. Your father has passed away and your family is facing a financial problem. You are still single and waiting for the right guy to marry”. Alya was so surprised and impressed. Then she started making friends with Zain and then they started dating. Five months has passed and they were still dating. One day, Zain proposed Alya in front of her neighbors and her family. Lucky for her that her family wasn’t against it since Zain was pretty wealthy. They finally got married and Zain was really happy with her. Two years has passed and they still didn’t had a child. So Zain decided that he should take his wife for a check up. He took his wife to the gynecologist and the doctors took her blood and did some research but her ovaries and gender was fine. Then the doctor did a ct scan on her. Everything was fine except they couldn’t find her uterus but they didn’t assume that Alya’s uterus was absent. They wanted to confirm whether her uterus is small or absent so they decided to do an MRI scan on her. They did her MRI scan and told her to come back for the results next week. Zain and Alya then left the clinic. They went home and Alya went towards the kitchen and started cooking. She was feeling scared if she can’t conceive and her husband would find someone else to marry. Her husband was sitting in the hall resting and Alya was serving him some juice. He told Alya to just leave it on the table. Alya then placed the glass of juice on the table and was going back to the kitchen but before she could leave her husband catches her hand and pulled her near him. He looked at her lovingly and said” I don’t care whether you can conceive or not because no matter what happens I will still be there for you because you are my first and last”. Alya was feeling so happy but she didn’t want Zain to know that she was happy that he will not remarry so she just smiled towards him and went back towards the kitchen. After two days, the doctor called them to come for the results. They got ready hurriedly and ran towards the car. Alya was feeling quite nervous but Zain was feeling too but he just didn’t want to show his wife. When they reached the clinic they took a number and waited nervously. It took them 30 minutes to wait for their number. Then finally the nurse called their number. They got up and hold each other hands nervously. “Hi Alya and Zain. How are you? Please have a sit first till I get your results.” They sat down and waited for the doctor to bring their results. Alya was looking around the room nervously till Zain holds her hands and told her not to worry that everything will be just fine. The doctor then came in and sat down while making a sad face towards Zain.” I am really sorry but your wife can’t be a mother due to the absence of her uterus. But you can try to find other cures then you can try overseas. Alya was feeling so disappointed. They then went home Zain took a shower and Alya was in the kitchen cooking. After when Zain was done showering, he went towards his wife and hugged her. “I will try my very best to find you a cure or we can adopt a child. I will never leave you but in fact my love have increased more for you.” Said Zain. She just smiled at him. Weeks has passed and her villagers finally got to know that Alya couldn’t conceive. They told Zain to remarry why suffer with a hopeless wife who can’t even conceive. Zain ignored them and told them that he will never ever leave his wife or remarry for a small matter like this. He then went home and he was feeling so hurtful because people can just be so selfish and talk about others. One day, Zain got a job in Malaysia so he will have to go to Malaysia. He told his wife to come with him but his wife refuses to follow him. He then went alone and started working. He started sending RM1000 weekly to his wife. Months has passed and Zain was really missing his wife. He then took a flight and went back to Pakistan weeks later. He went home and started hugging and kissing his wife non stop. He was so happy to finally come home and see his beautiful wife. A week later, Zain was walking at the street and he accidentally heard a few guys talking some nasty stuff but Zain just ignored but then he heard they were talking something about his wife. He then went closer to hear the guys conversation about his wife.”I can’t believe that Zain still wants to stay with that women after they came to know that she can’t conceive. If I was Zain, I would just have sex with her and after that maybe just sell her to some prostitution center to get more in come. ” Said one of the guys. Zain was really mad and he then bumped into their conversation. He went straight towards the guy that insulted his wife and started beating him violently. The guy’s friends tried to stop the fight but Zain was still beating the guy. a police patrol was passing by until they saw the fight and arrested Zain. He was feeling so mad at that guy that he felt like just killing him. The policeman then pushed Zain into the jail. He was beaten harshly in the jail and was given dirty water to drink. The next day his wife came to visit him. The warden told Zain that his wife is here to see him. He got up and went to see his wife hurriedly. He was expecting his wife to comfort him and give him an advise not to beat people next time but instead she brought a letter and gave it to him. He thought maybe his wife is angry with him and she doesn’t want to talk with him so she wrote a letter for him. So he took the letter and open the letter but it wasn’t what he was expecting it to be. It was a divorce letter. “What happen honey? Why did you pass me a divorce letter?” asked Zain nervously thought maybe she was just kidding around. ” I want a divorce from you because now you are poor and you can’t support me so I will have to find a rich man to remarry.” replied his wife. Zain started crying and he was begging his wife not to leave him because he loves her so much. She ignored him and told him that she will see him in court then she left. Zain felt like killing himself and he can’t believe that his wife turned out to be a betrayal. Months has passed and finally the court decided to release Zain . He then went home without wearing a slipper. His wife has already left his house months ago. He then sat on the floor and was playing with his flute then suddenly he felt a cramp at his left side kidney but he ignored it. Days has passed and his neighbors were laughing at him because his wife left him for money. Then one day, he had severe pain in his lungs and kidney. His brother took him to the hospital only to find out that Zain had a kidney failure and he had some lungs problem because of the dirty water that he had to drink in the jail. He was unconscious for days until one day he got a stroke. Alya was sitting at home and was listening to music until one of her relative came and slapped her. She was surprised and she didn’t how to react.” How could you leave your husband dying in the hospital and listen to music here? Who was there for you when everyone got to know that you can’t conceive ? Your husband. Who was there for you when you were living a poor life? Your husband. Then how dare you leave your husband when he needed your support when he was in jail and now he is dying. Shame on you!!” Said her relatives and then he left. Tears started dripping from Alya’s eyes. She was feeling so regretful and guilty. She then took a bus to the hospital. Once she has arrived the hospital, she ran towards her husband’s ward only to find that her husband was on live support system. “What happen to my husband doctor? “asked Alya. The doctor turned towards her and laugh in anger.”You husband was suffering of a kidney failure and he had a hole in his lungs. We won’t be able to save him because he came to late and the kidney effected him very fast.” answered the doctor. Alya started shaking and she slowly went closer towards her husband and started apologizing to her husband but it’s too late because her husband is already dead but his heart only is pumping due to the live support system. She was begging him to come back to her. She was hugging him and kissing him but still no response. Then after a while his heart started pumping slowly and slower. His wife started calling the doctors then they came and bring the defibrillator machine and started putting on his chest but still no response from him. Then his heart started pumping slower and slower and finally ______ . The doctor took off the live support system and told his wife i’m sorry. The wife started to burst in tears and she know that now she will have to live her whole life full of regret. They then started burying him. Once the his funeral was done, Alya left to her husband’s house. She was looking around the house and was remembering her memories with him. Everything in the house was the same as it used to be before. She felt like as if she was waiting for her husband to come back from work and leave Malaysia but unfortunately now he has already left the world. She still can’t believe that her husband has passed away. She then was going to leave the house and stay with her mother. She took her bag and was walking through the hallway. She accidentally kicked something on the floor. She then looked down and saw a flute lying on the floor. She then started crying because her husband will only play the flute when he is really hurt.
